Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

I changed credit cards so when I went online it wanted me to upgrade to put the new card in. Billed 499.00 should have been 599.00 now some of the services are gone. Then they tried billing the 599.00 on top of this.

Very dissatisfied with service

I have been e-mailing with Zuweina since July 19th asking her to send out a particular post card. The card was not sent out and when I inquired about it today, she sent me a link to her calendar with very limited availability .I wouldn't be able to meet with her until a week form tomorrow, which is Aug. 10. This whole process is unacceptable as these mailings are quite time sensitive. I am very unhappy with the service and think this is just not working for me. Please advise. Joy

AWFUL service with no refund

What a SCAM! I ordered this service on 11/25. 2 weeks later the system was STILL "down". I asked for a refund and magically the system came to life. I logged in and there was NO DATA loaded in my account. It then took another 3 days to get old data loaded in my account. Now they won't refund me even though I asked for it previously. Oh and they won't even return my calls to have a civil conversation.. they just cowardly stay behind a computer screen. BUYER BEWARE.

I was told about offrs from my Broker, and so I went and found my zip code. I didn't understand exactly how the product worked, but once I licensed my zip - I had access to all home owner information including emails and phones. I started using these avenues in my geo-farming and did some local outreach as well. It's helped me build my brand in my farm, which has been a huge help. I think everyone should try it out. I am sure it depends on how you market whether it's for you. But for me it worked. 5 Stars deserved

No option to cancel online. No way to view billing history online. They trap you and won't let you stop recurring payments. No billing information in website FAQ. Its obvious they want to scam everyone and steal their money. It's easy to sign up, but they make it impossible to cancel. Stay away from offrs.com.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY OR REGRET IT. My wife and I are top producers in our market and have used predictive analytics platforms in the past as well with some success. When our contract with our previous PA platform was up, we decided to try offrs.com, HUGE MISTAKE!!! The platform was nowhere near as user-friendly or as automated as our previous one which we immediately discovered after being led to believe otherwise by the salesperson who sold us this service. Upon realizing that it would be nowhere near as useful to us, and being in the midst of our, Summer Sales Rush, we immediately tried to cancel our 3-month contract which was a non-starter. The company offered to suspend the service for two months to allow us time to get past our busy season. WE MADE IT CLEAR WE WANTED TO CANCEL AFTERWARDS BECAUSE THE SERVICE WAS NOT WHAT WE WERE LEAD TO BELIEVE OR THOUGHT WE WERE GETTING AT THE OUTSET. Please understand, we never used this service the entire time we had it, but we agreed to fulfill our three-month contract. What we didn't agree to were the continuous drafts from our credit card, 4 months after our contract had been fulfilled and should have been canceled. UPDATE: The company's stance is that they didn't know that we wanted to cancel (WOW) so they continued to draft and will not be issuing a refund. We are currently disputing the $1,100.00 in fraudulent charges this company drafted from our card after the expiration of our agreement.

I feel ripped off

I really wanted to believe in this company and the promises they made. I had several questions along the way, and while they generally got back to me, the problems weren't fixed.

When I was sent notification of my "verified" leads, or FSBO, they were several months (even years) old, and the owners had no intention to sell, or had already listed with someone else. It would be rather unethical for me to contact them, right? Emails and phone numbers were incorrect more often than not. I spent hundreds of hours on this system.

When I contacted them last week about how frustrated I was, they said they would drop my fee from $300 to $200/month, and offered coaching. How can coaching help when all of the contact info is incorrect? They argued with me on why properties were dropping back to a low score, saying they dropped because they were listed. No, they were either a low score already, or they were already listed and had a high score.

Today, I checked my bank acct, and they charged me $300, even though they said they would only charge me $200 from here on out. Complete rip off, and waste of time!

I spent $750 on this service, and received absolutely no leads. I wish I could leave 0 stars.

You overpay for garbage leads

From October '18 to March '18 I signed up to a 6 month contract I could not get out of, to pay $231/month for low-quality (garbage) leads with no ROI.

Offrs.com has some sort of arrangement with RE/MAX, where if you sign up to use their lead buying/generating system, you will get your preferred location and a bit of a discount. The contract was for a minimum 6 months.

That should have been my first clue there. Reputable lead generating companies would not need agents to sign contracts if their product was good. My problem was with the leads and with what Offrs.com did to supposedly help me make ROI from my investment. The idea is to pay for a territory where offrs.com has addresses and supposedly, the emails and phone numbers of a high number of residents within this territory.

Based upon the interaction a resident has with a survey offrs.com provides (possibly through 3rd parties), they assignt this resident a rating of 0-100 indicating how likely they are to sell their property. For your monthly fee, you get a few hundred contacts, but the ones over the '90' score are supposed to be the ones who are really really, like super ready to sell their home. Once you have their information, you are supposed to market to them. Offrs.com provides a platform for you to send out postcards, limited to 80 per month, which is included in the monthly fee.

Besides that, the another thing you can do to market to them through Offrs.com's CRM, by email, or calling of course. The CRM they have is very clunky, and uninspiring. The alternative was for me to upload these contacts to my CRM I have through RE/MAX and make periodic emails to them while doing the postcards through offrs.com. I also called the highly ranked contacts.

Nothing worked! Nobody was interested in selling their home the whole time I was under contract and was supposedly getting these top-notch prospects. Worst of all, the postcards that offrs.com sent on my behalf were very of a very low quality. The postcard's picture on the front would have lines in it or the contact info for me on the back would be cut-off or the message I was sending would be cut-off.

It was really really poor. I decided to contest the last month of my contract with AMEX (as that is who I used to pay offrs.com), but I still feel burned and taken advantage of for the other 5 months.

I wasted my money. I received intertest in potential clients wanting to sell their home as offrs.com had said they would be able to provide.

30 DAY TRIAL REQUIRES A 30 DAY CANCEL NOTICE, STEALING PEOPLES MONEY STAY CLEAR. NOT TO MENTION THEIR SERVICE IS NOTHING MORE THNA PUBLIC RECORDS. STAY CLEAR OR YOU WILL LOSE MONEY TO THEM.THEY GOT VERY OFFENDED I DIDINT LIKE THEIR SERVICE , LIKE THEY CREATED SOME SECRET SAUCE. THEY DID NOT TRY TO RESOLVE THIS CASE WHAT SO EVER, THEY RATHER STEAL MONEY THAN AVOID NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WHICH AAGIN LEADS ME TO BELIEVE THEIR SERVICES ARE A SCAM. WAY BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE. $30 A MONTH YOU CAN HAVE YOUR OWN HOME VALUE SITE AND CREATE SAME LEADS BUT 100XX MORE AND A TENTH OF THEIR COST. ILL GIVE YOU MORE LEADS FOR FREE THAN THEM.

I had a horrific experience with this company. In an attempt to resolve the issue they sent me an email stating they would cancel my contract, but I would be billed for one more month.( I was pleasantly surprised ) Then they sent another email stating they wouldn't cancel and then another stating they would cancel but for a 1 time fee of $759.00. I wasn't even a member with them for 30 day and because of my extreme situation, I didn't utilize there product. This company stated " They rarely let people cancel one month in to the contract as it is a very large loss to offrs" Perhaps this company would like to pay my Attorney fees and Medical bills, compensate me for my time of work? If we are going to talk about losses, then lets put it out there. How about doing the right thing for a person who really needed your help. This company has no integrity and with the current situation I'm in, they amount of stress and anxiety they have caused me has been devastating. Thanks offrs.com for lack of support and your lack of integrity.

I truly dont know what these company is thinking but OFFRS is the biggest joke, fraud and scam in real estate. It does not work. They pay for the decent reviews here to save themselves but obviously dont know that people can sue them. I signed up for several territories of which I receiv d no leads. The information that you get is only copy and pasted information from the county records that anyone can gather for free. I received several two to 3 year old leads from territories that were not mine. When I contacted this people that supposedly inquired about a value of their home, their responses where that they didnt not request any valuation. The leads are recycled, not new and not legit, valid or even legal. Keep your money and RUN I am suing them and will not stop until I shut you down OFFRS.

Agree with others: when I called to cancel, the require another month "per contract" even though no results from vague info AND angry people who said they had no intention of selling and had no idea why I called them! And these people were sent to me as VERIFIED Leads! Also, when I called to cancel the $700/month fee, the immediately offered to lower my fee to $250/month!!! and they were very agressive, with conversation and emails when I refused to continue Stay away - this is the first time I have writtten such a review. I do $30 Million of closed sales per year and not one good lead from OFFRS.com
